Over these 26 years, we have put down roots in industry while looking to the future, developing the insight to understand our sector and building the strength to move forward. I. Tracing Our Roots: Building on Industry Experience
In October 2001, Global DigiTech Innovation Co., Ltd. established its roots in Shenzhen. Starting in traditional culture and tourism, it has progressed through industry informatization to digital and intelligent transformation. Over 26 years, the company has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a key software enterprise encouraged by the state, and a national intellectual property advantage enterprise, and was named among the third batch of national key specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprises. In 2025, it was recognized as a Guangdong manufacturing single-product champion enterprise and received both Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center and Shenzhen Enterprise Technology Center recognition. Each step reflects sustained work; each advance is supported by experience accumulated over time.
The depth of an industry holds the gifts of time. How resources are organized, transactions fulfilled, services coordinated and on-site changes handled: this tacit knowledge, embedded in processes and judgment, together with industry data and practical experience, provides important support for building an industry ontology. For 26 years, we have studied problems deeply and accumulated experience. The paths we have taken and the problems we have solved now give us confidence to find our bearings and open new paths.
II. Growing Through Innovation: Renewing Industry with AI
Artificial intelligence gives long-established industry knowledge new ways to grow. An industry ontology organizes knowledge and rules so domain-specific foundation models can better understand the sector; AIOS supports collaboration among agents, turning professional experience into controlled execution; and exploration of “dual tokens” connects technology investment with business outcomes. Meanwhile, R&D is progressing steadily on two major projects with Tsinghua University and Shenzhen University: the industrialization of a crowdsourced database and the lightweight deployment of multimodal foundation models. Deep industry experience and technological exploration reinforce one another, providing a solid foundation for the future.
Practical results are already emerging. This year, the scenic-area low-altitude tourism project was approved as a key national cultural and tourism science and technology innovation R&D project. Five AI group standards led or co-drafted by the company were published, and its AI multimodal generation and synthesis algorithm completed registration. Its full-scenario smart scenic-area solution was recognized as a Shenzhen AI Pioneering City industry application demonstration benchmark; its digital human platform was selected among metaverse cases publicly selected by four departments; and its scenic-area low-altitude tourism service platform was again selected as a Guangdong “AI + Culture and Tourism” application case. Its lightweight solution for heterogeneous intelligent terminals received a “Best Digital City of the Year TOP 20” honor in the digital city track of the 2026 Digital China Innovation Contest, while its distributed computing power scheduling and optimization system entered the national annual directory for promoting innovative software products. Industry needs and technological capabilities continue to meet, integrate and grow through exploration.
III. Moving Forward Together: A New Five-Year Journey
At the start of the sixth five-year period, 26 years of accumulated experience are opening a new path. We will turn lessons verified in projects into products and improve technology through ongoing service, extending each breakthrough to more applications and building long-term strength from each innovation.
